NEUHÄUSER has been supplying transport equipment for conveying material from the storage site to the underground work site under the UNISTAR® brand since 1965.
The products distributed under the UNISTAR® brand are continuously adapted to the growing requirements of this sector. The range of products includes cars and containers for transporting liquids, bulk solids, extra-long materials and heavy loads such as safety shields or loading vehicles. The developed containers and pallets can be moved on both forklift trucks and overhead monorails.
With all our new developments, we place considerable importance on their cost effectiveness and on improving working conditions and occupational safety. By working closely with technical departments from the mining sector and with mining teams on site, we are able to provide proven and practice-oriented transport systems.

The roof support system can be used on the overhead monorail and on lower cars with locking devices in accordance with DIN 20590. Depending on the route cross-section, two to four complete construction units, including lagging mats, can be loaded.
The loads do not need any additional securing as the end walls in the area of the transport segments are sufficiently high. With segment lengths that are larger than the rail length dimensions, the end walls are retracted in the guide rail area.
