Mechanical and electrical installation

For NEUHÄUSER the mere delivery of the products does not complete your order.

Experienced NEUHÄUSER service technicians install the systems in your plant (or your customer’s plant) swiftly and with meticulous care.

The NEUHÄUSER installation service includes:

  • Site planning and site management in close cooperation with our customers
  • Unloading and placement of the system components
  • Providing industrial trucks and lifting gear
  • Welding the safety trough
  • Erecting and assembling the system components
  • Installing the switch cabinet and connecting customer-provided supply lines
  • Connecting consumers to switch cabinet

Commissioning

NEUHÄUSER commissioning is conducted under the process conditions in your plant or your customer’s plant. Needless to say, the respective operating and maintenance staff will be given the necessary training. 

Modifications and repairs

We shall be pleased to make any modifications to your existing systems according to your requirements. This does not only save you time but also money (when compared to a new purchase). Ifrepair is necessary, our qualified NEUHÄUSER service technicians will be available at short notice. If necessary, they will bring spare parts in order to ensure that the equipment can be operated again in no time at all.
