The NEUHÄUSER JOESY Energy System combines an effective use of technology with environmental capacity and sustainable social impulses.
All units are compactly housed in a container.
The principle is simple: Prepared jatropha nuts are fed into the oil press with an auger. Once the grinding and pressing process is completed, the oil is then either collected as turbid oil and/or filtered. The filtered oil is then sent to a fuel container and is used to power the diesel generator. This initially covers the container's own power needs.
Surplus power outputs of up to 15 kW and oil quantities of up to 22 l/h can then either be sent to external consumers or customers. The same goes for the remaining, nutrient-rich press cakes.
The proven technology and compact structure of the system guarantees maximum reliability, even under the most challenging operating conditions. The system can be operated and maintained by trained workers.

NEUHÄUSER Vegetable oil energy system

JOESY, the energy self-sufficient container solution for oil and electricity generation from jatropha nuts, is ideal for integration into a comprehensive, ecologically sound energy concept. The vegetable oil energy plant can be expanded with solar and wind power systems as well as battery storage units.
